Kathleen A. Emond,
has more than 30 years experience in training and development, consulting,

training program at Hanscom AFB in Massachusetts, where she was responsible
for offering classes in Total Quality, government acquisition, and
personnel development. She was a software engineer on two large
military defense programs, one for the U.S. and
one for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Kathy's greatest challenge as a consultant came in 2002, as a result
of the events of September 11, 2001, when she became the Director
of Logistics for the Southeast Area of the U.S. The challenge? Implementation
of the training program for all airport passenger
screeners at the 100 airports within that area.
Kathy has a BS in Early Childhood Education Fordham University, and
an MEd from Boston University.
Kathy and Louis believe in Talking the Talk and Walking the Walk.
