companies the achieve their growth goals.
His clients
have included a TV and radio news clipping service, a company
that developed bird seed that squirrels hate, and a technology client
that works primarily with African countries.
It was through assisting
these companies that he spotted a trend:
On many projects, Louis was initially
hired to
help a company develop a Marketing Plan to bring in new overseas business.
In
reality, the companies could not provide necessary information for
the desired Marketing
Plan because they were missing the basic foundation
of a Strategic Plan.
In each case, the Marketing Plan was put on
hold until the Strategic Plan was developed.
Together with Kathleen, they
introduced the concepts and guided the company leaders
through the processes for Strategic Thinking and Business Planning.
Once the Strategic Plan was in
hand, attention then returned to developing a successful International
Business Marketing Plan.
